The main bedroom has a double bed, while the one upstairs can be adapted to contain either one double bed, or two singles. Spacious bathroom is equipped with automatic washing machine, dryer, and iron. The water heater is in-house making it independent of municipal hot water supply. Alarm system of the apartment is turned on upon request. Orderly locked stairwell (the apartment is on the fifth floor). A car can be kept in the backyard free of charge.
