Gallery was built in 1989 to house foreign art collections of museum and a collection of famous art donator M.Žilinskas from Germany. Permanent exhibitions: Art of Ancient World, Applied Art of the World. 17th-20th c., European Fine Arts. 16th-20th c. Temporary exhibitions of foreign art are organized in extraordinary spaces. The cinema 'Menapilis' and 'Gallery Cinema', Center for Contemporary Art and cheerful cafe are waiting for visitors.
