Designing of Japanese garden

You are invited to become a part of the unique project – the creation of the biggest Japanese garden in Europe, the Valley of Singing Stones “Madzuchai” in Kretinga region. You’ll be given an exclusive opportunity to create an oasis of the natural beauty by your own hands and at the same time tune the actions among your team members. This is also a unique chance to touch Japanese culture, their attitude towards work, nature, quality.
Japanese gardens are admired in the whole world for their integrity of the elements – of nature and human made. Plants, stones, water, bridges, lanterns, houses, bamboo fences – all that create one balanced landscape which constantly changes along with the seasons. Another important feature of Japanese gardens is an energetically powerful, relaxing and at the same time stimulating place. Only harmonious, perfectly tuned amongst themselves people can create such a coherent object that has a long-term value.

What’s the process?
Your team is given a prepared sector of the future garden. Its size will depend on quantity of people in your team. Your task will be a full decoration of the given lot. Working together as a team you will have to plant trees and bushes, ground paths, form up hills ant streamlets. You will be directed by Japanese landscape professionals having their own vision of the garden. The fact is that many things can change in the process, so you will have a space for creativity and improvising. Strategic thinking, creativity, work efficiency – these are skills that your team will have to polish while seeking the final result. The main thing is your result will be obvious and will remain visible for the long time.
The whole process can be both educational and entertaining. Besides the activity mentioned, you will get to know some of Japanese culture, healthy food making and tea ceremonies. Your team will also enjoy the Japanese kite running.
The entire inventory, clothes for work, food and beds for night are taken care of. You can have other kinds of entertainment upon agreement.
